Hi Elizabeth,

Sorry to hear about your confusion upon signing up. We try to make it very clear that basic membership gives you access to additional content, but not all of the content. Specifically, the first level is free to the public, the second level is free to registered users, and all subsequent levels are available to users with paid premium membership. It's hardly a bait and switch if a) the service was provided as described and b) it didn't cost you anything even if it had been poorly described.

What did you lose? Sounds to me like you lost the hope of gaining premium membership for free?

I had premium membership for several years. It lapsed. I'm thinking about re-instating it.
