Another one came to mind:

At an EC Swing dance, I had just asked this woman to dance who when she stood up was a good head taller than me (and I'm a healthy 6'2"). She was actualy a very good dancer (and very sweet person to boot), but it was hard to lead at times just simply because of the height difference, she was a good sport about it though and actually complimented me a lot. What gave this an air of non-reality though was this GOOFY song we wound up dancing to, I have NO idea who did it, but it had this goofy melody played on tuba and what sounded like Jimmy Smith on organ, but I'm not sure. It was wacked though.

Funny you should mention that. You know, on "Dance Fever" back in the day, many couples doing Hustle on the show used to do that intentionally as the woman was twirling

To Phil Owl and Ghostdancer: What else can we do but laugh at ourselves. I don't quite remember seeing this on Dance Fever. Too bad I wasn't twirling when it happened - maybe I could have tried to make it look good.

I've had leads who decided to get to close to the next couple in front of me. So close that my heel has actually gone into the man's pant cuff. And here we have the letter 'M'. . Have done that at least twice, and the expression on everybody's face, as we all freeze, is hilarious. I'm looking at the other guy, he's looking at me like "Now what?". My partner is looking at me like I'm nuts, as I've got a death grip on them, balancing on one foot, and the other lady, is just utterly confused.
