If you're using Windows 2000, finding the video clip is straightforward. It's stored as "variation.mov" in your "temporary Internet" folder.
Copy it to a dancing folder, then rename it appropriately. Then bingo - run it with quicktime over and over off-line.
I agree with you about looping. What i like to do is run it very slowly by dragging with the cursor. This doesn't always work. What's needed is a slow-motion facility in Quicktime.
