Re: Dancing without lessons

It could be and perhaps not. In other words him being in his 60's of course he was a great (swing or whatever) dancer, the man has being around for a long time therefore he's had a lot of time to get the dance(s) down to a "T" and also perhaps he was lucky and had plenty of people around him that showed him the moves for free. I think a lot of people always try to look better than what they actually are, one form or another. In other words he came across as trying to tell you that he was a "natural" and that he just dances, but somehow somone had to teach him the ropes at first. I also pay for lessons but I'll tell this right now; if I knew a person(s) that would be willing to teach me I would also be bragging about what a natural I'm and how I just dance without the aid of a teacher. I hope my post helps you out a bit and remember to do things your way forget about how the next man/woman is doing his/her thing because every situation is different. And oh yeah: DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE!
