Try this. Face a wall. To spin to your left. Step to the left, or rather point to the left. Now do this slowly at first. Bring your right side to your left side feet together on the ball of your feet one half of a turn. Now complete the other half of the turn and point to the side with your left foot. Do not try to face down LOD, be side on. Then repeat. When you get going with this do the actual spin feet together fast , any time to spare use it on yor exit. Remember practise half a turn then half a turn. This is a three step turn, there are others. Important remain verticle on the spin and don't try to travell. Think, on the spot.
