For some reason I was asked to do a Tango at a "rock concert" I found out the headliner for the night was convering Jimi Hendrix so I put together a Tango using "Go ask Alice" By Jefferson Airplane, if you dance the slows over two beats to the song it fits and you would have to improvise steps the last 15 seconds of the song because it picks up to W.C. Swing

There was a CD available of Nat King Cole singing spanish language...its superb for latin dancing...unfortunately I lost my Copy and at my last visit in the US it I was not able to get it in any shop

seems I own more latin music than ballroom why that ??

Sorry ... I think that pop music is mostly not usable for dancing because of the wrong rythmic.

But if you like good rumba (I think only spanish language is acceptable for rumba ... )

You will find some really great rumbas and some chachas. And mostly the rythm is correct; speed differs.

I have trouble finding good Waltz music. Most that I find are only good for Viennse - not standard waltz. Anyone have some suggestions?
