2n 3n 41n in Rumba - settling of hip

I enjoy watching people dancing rumba with natural settling of hip from the beginning of the steps at 2 3 and 41. More and more people, however, would now settle the hip at the count of n, i.e. 2n 3n 41n.

How would you think of this ?

happy dancing!

Skipper. We've been through this one before. It is worth noting that the timing for the and count comes from the beat that you are on, and not the one that hasn't yet arrived, in other words 2. and. and not. and 2. and so on. If your weight is on your L.F. and your rear foot is on the tip of the toe, your right hip will be raised. Now you are set up for a good movement of the hip as you arrive into nuetral on the count of and. Maintain the high instep of the moving foot.
