It looked like you won't need to worry about your shoes. As for your husband, I can't recall exactly your questions were regarding him. It looks like he'll be able to wear his wedding ring, along with plain black leather dance shoes. If you were wondering about other parts of his outfit, let me know. I think that black pants, optional matching vest, tucked-in white shirt, optional black tie, optional cufflinks will meet any standard they set and is the safest way to go.
