There has been some previous discussion not long ago about DVD format vs MOV.

I have and love the "Strictly Rhythm" DVD.

The DVD format is a big advance over what I get on the "Variations" every week or so.

My DVD player offers great control over how I see the steps. Control includes Full Screen, Repeat from Selected Points A and B, Variety of Speeds, and more.

On my PC I view the DVD with Nero software's "Showtime". It also offers extra control features not available on my DVD player.

I haven't tried it yet but Nero also enables mobile viewing and I hope to find time to investigate this.

I may be one of the very first people to have received this wonderful DVD--and in fact I bought two copies. I posted feedback quite a long time ago, and I really love not only the the clear teaching ability and charm of FJ and Catherine Abaya. (I also enjoy seeing how their relationship comes out as a beautiful connection as they dance.)

If I lived in the Washington State area I would definitely take lessons from them. One of my dreams is to make it over to the Emerald Ball in Los Angeles and possibly get a chance to see them there. (I recall I think last year that FJ and one of his students won in the Scholarship round.)

Jonathan and Melissa: This DVD is beautifully packaged and easy to navigate it. I can't wait for the upcoming Variation DVD for Smooth...
