Vanessa: We often see this type of question posted and the responses are right on. In my opinion " No time is a good time so any time is the best time". In other words, go for it!!. At age 15 you are beginning to build on a future of a healthy activity both physically and socially. At age 36 you are continuing your physical well being and social lifestyle. Dancing, not just ballroom, keeps the mind and the body thriving. Get after it and welcome to a new experience !!!. Owen
