im trying to submit an ad, but it says that my picture is too big.
what can i do?

Make it smaller.

Was it complaining that the picture was too large in dimensions, or in number of bytes? Whichever it was, you can use a photo editing program to either make the picture smaller to fit in any length/width constraints, or you can save it at a lower resolution to make it smaller in terms of number of bytes.

it says the number of bytes. how do i fix that

If you don't have a photo editing program such as Adobe Photoshop, Photoshop Elements, iPhoto, etc, you can send it to me and I'll take care of it for you.
