Dance Instructor Training

I have taken various dance lessons for 20 years now. I really want to open up some ballroom dance lessons and dance hall in my area but I am hoping to have some training in "TEACHING" ballroom dancing vs learning it as a student in a class. I know most instructors just have years and years of dance experience...but I am looking for some sort of instructor school...can you make any recommendations?

Diane Jarmolow runs a "Dance Teacher's College" to teach people how to teach dance. She's a retired pro competitor who ran her own studio for years, and who has helped to prepare some of the top pros on the west coast for their judging exams.
