Is it possible that one partner is on gold level and one partner is on bronze level to become partners?

Sure, why not? There are so many factors that make up a successful partnership -- current dance level is but one of them.

Chibi: What is important in any partnership beginning is that both partners are on the same level as to their goals. Both must learn to leave their egos at the door when they enter the studio for coaching or practice. Each must respect the others opinions and knowledge however minute or large at the time. It is okay to differ but both should listen to the others explanation of a percieved problem. Everything, EVERYTHING once worked out has a "we attached to it rather than an "I". Owen
