Hey everyone... I just started taking ballroom lessons three weeks ago for my senior year in high school and we already learned Foxtrot but now we're onto ChaCha and I'm completely confused on the turning. Can anybody explain it? Anything will help. Thanks!

Class06. I think you are refering to a Spot Turn, say to your right. A Spot Turn is only a walk down the floor turning. Get the whole of your LF onto the floor, that is ball heel with a very straight leg , knee locked, and turn over it. Transfere the weight to your RF. Turn to face partner and Cha Cha Cha. The timing is 234a1. Have fun.
If you look on this Web-site you will find a video clip on the steps that you need.

well for me when I turn I kind of pivet-turn then pick up where the leader is...its like this : back step- pivet turn - foward step-cha cha cha back step. Durning the pivet turn is where the cha-cha or triple step is to take place....
