spinning to Jive timing

I am a little confused about what is expected when spinning to the 1,2, 3 & 4. timing. I have only recently grasped the footwork for the spin where you step to the side, bring feet together for the turn and then step into the next spin. I am also familiar with the turning chassis. My concern is what to do when there are a number of rotations (ie 3)?

Sandra. My partner does a double spin in change of Places Left to Right in the same amount of time that is normaly done going under the arm. Just a little help from me . She then steps back into a Link.
