Is it correct if I said:
1. center lift up by the ensiform process, head weight left.
2. supporting foot ,left inside edge of BT. flips the moving foot ,right inside edge of BT, to side , right foot (it takes only partial body weight throughout the scatter chasses )drags left foot to close it ...
to creat light, fast, level moving across the floor.
Why I asked it ? I used to transfer my body weith to right foot in the mentioned action if I treated it as a new standing foot .
