I have been a client of Ballroomdancers.com for some time now, and own www.Ballroomdressforless.com .
I have unfortunatally been the victim of one of the fraudulent check scams from Africa,which was cleared up quickly.
Recently, however,I have been a victim once again by someone else.
There is a young woman in the Netherlands named Wendy Bosch, who I am currently taking legal action against for illegally using my name and business logo, copied photos, etc.
She is under examination for copy-right infringment of my site, and I just learned this evening that she has now copied yet another ballroom dress site for the creation of a new site
www.dedanswinkel.tk which she advertises on Ballroomdancers.com. I am very concerned now for the business that she is stealing information, design, and more from. I have been going through this now for some time and am fighting a difficult battle, becuase I am in the U.S. and she is over seas. It took me a long time to create, purchase, advertise and build my company,as I am sure any business owner would understand and appreciate. I know that this new victim that Wendy Bosch is taking advantage of would not appreciate her using their logos, dresses, etc for her profit. I know that I sure did not. She used my name, dresses, every written word from my site, without my consent. Please investigate carefully when you order from an international ballroom dress company, as they may be fraudulently selling you a dress that may or may not exist.
