Still no answer as to the failure of the Mambo video. The fact that several people have been concerned about this indicates that an answer is called for.

This site gives a lot, so be considerate. You're getting it for free, you brought it to attention and that's where you should have left it.

I don't know... the clip works fine for me, so perhaps these are people who need to update their Quicktime players. After I finish editing the smooth variation DVD, I'll get back to work on programming the message board/help section, and then I can start creating a video troubleshooter. In the meantime, this message board is here so that you can help each other out. I don't always have time to answer every question that comes along, but they typically get answered for me anyway.

Thanks for responding Jonathan. The problem seemed to affect a number of people and it was only the last Mambo clip, so it is unlikely that Quicktime was the problem. Even if it had been, getting the latest upgrade would have solved the problem, which it didn't. Since your copy of the clip works, perhaps it was corrupted on the server.
