I love to dance, dancing is my world if I could not dance I wouldn't know what to do. Alot of people that I know of say dancing is a waist of time.
If you don't know how to dance you should take lessons because if you kew how to dance you would know why I am so into it.Dancing is great you shoud do it.I hope after hearing this you will take a shot and dance. If you already know how to dance reply back I would love to read your coments. This is my firt time so if this is bad pleas tell me!!!!!!

Hi 101. I also love to dance,moving my body to music not only releases nervious energy but keeps me fit and my mind active and working ,important when you are 69 yrs old,but to keep fit it has to be danced at a high enough leval,that's what is so good about competition dancing. So many young people waste years on gymnastics and ice dancing that they no longer do in their thirties and forties . Unfortunatly this happens to young competition dancers who only dance for the glory and not for pleasure.
