The only professional ballroom performance team in the US shut down years ago. You can get another dance form, or have a performance that looks good but is more a collection of individual couples than a team.

Most large dance studios have couples that are very advanced or performing in amateur or professional competitions. They often put on demonstrations and shows at the studios to attract new students. You might be able to call one of them and find out if they would be willing to perform.
