Ponder on this for a minute or two.
Dynamics of movement greates shape. Seperate shape from movement there is always a loss of Quality.
Also whilst I am here. We must dance from foot to foot without the weight change being obvious.

No obvious foot to foot body weight transfers is a goal I desire to achieve.
What is the best allignment of the end of running spin turn in waltz 123 1&23 when the Hover cross to PP 123 if the end is toward the -DC (?)( I used - to represent against LOD )is follwed it ? Should I ( lady) face DC on 3 with my left foot on the end of running spin turn ? ( man back DC ), I prefer a little bit over turn, almost backing LOD.
( sorry, I saw them on clip on the net .It is hard to clear the allignment of 2 bars clip on only the part of floor. )
I may misunderstand. Don, tell me what you think of . Thanks.

Yichin. We after a Running Spin Turn we finish with the man backing diag to centre.123 1&23.Then back LF start to turn back RF side LF then a cross up behind the LF 123&. Then a Fallaway and so on. All travelling diag cenre.
