Ladies head.

From the most recent IDSF World Championship Standard from Germany. More than one lady was criticised for having their head too far back. It could be clearly seen that from behind the whole of the top of the head could be seen as well as part of the face. The spine is now misaligned the neck is shortened and turning will never be easy.

It is also why I prefered to learn the head weight position of the dancers who are partners of Marcus, Luca, Augusto, Christopher, William Pino...
Someone mentioned , the lady's backward poise created by more forward thighs than man functions mainly for beuatiful outlook ( big volume , it is not necessary for the dynamic movement) . It is better to maintain the head weight over the lady's frame of her shoulders and arms , except with the figure like contra check etc where the head goes into the back spase. I hope my coach has same opinion for more reasonable weight distribution, banlance and less muscular skeletal illness.

Yichin. Man allows the lady to breath is the expression used on a Contra Check. At the same time try to keep the back heel off the floor otherwise you will lower yourself into a hole you can't easily get out of.

Thanks, onlooker. I keep my body weight ,the region below my shoulder blades, hip and top of thigs vertically toward the floor , right heel off the floor, body on the center as Luca mentioned when I practiced on myself ; when dance with other one, the man put his almost total body wight on his left foot, I had to follow so. With same body line , over 80% of body weight was supported by my right BT, my left leg became straighter, I tried my best to extended my head upward and more backward to increase the volume. is it OK ?
