Just received the following E-mail but I'm too busy to play.

I am sharon,presently in West africa regional manager for British american tobacco company in west africa branch.
I will be in london by March 17th and my 2 daugthers will be coming with me for a 6 weeks on holiday.

It hasn't been clinched yet, but it's easy to see what's coming. They will be eager to pay - they will send a cashier's check (fake) and it will be for too much, so they'll ask that the difference be refunded (real money) to some shell identity.

This then is the same scam being used on people selling their boats etc.

I have found that any email asking for private lessons covering a number of weeks, with this type of wording, is ALWAYS a scam.

I usually respond telling them my rates, and that I require them to pay with cash at the time of the lesson, or via Paypal in advance.

I never receive a response from the scammers. I've never been wrong on this one, either.
