In a nutshell, sorry, no, unfortunately.
The longer version:
Lots of us aren't qualified to teach beginners. The ones who are might be too far away, would you really trust a stranger you met on the internet, and, are you even sure of "our" credentials?
Or:
I pay an average of $200 a month for my instruction. Is it fair for me to give it away when I've had to pay so much (most people pay more!), or for a teacher qualified (imagine how much it cost THEM to be qualified to teach!) to give it to you, while I have to pay for it? Would you trust someone like me (or many of us), who are still under instruction over someone actually qualified?
Best to just go find a group somewhere. So many people log onto dance sites expecting a free, quick alternative to actually taking the time and putting forth the effort in the learning process.
By not taking a group or even a private lesson, you're missing out on a LOT. You can read brain surgery technique from a book, but you can bet nobody (unless they're idiots, and yes, they ARE out there!) would trust you to perform one on them!
And, the whole idea of (at least) ballroom dancing is dancing WITH someone. You won't find that someone if you don't show up in class or at the parties! Only Richard Gere looks cute waltzing around on a train platform. Everyone else just looks crazy.
