Dance floor

I have to choose a floor in my new studio could you help me with the advantages and disadvantages of the following options.( quality, maintenance, conditioning etc. )
1 Hardwood prefinished
2 Hardwood waxed
3 Laminate

Any information is appreciated

Home Depot is having a seminar on hardwood floors every Tuesday nights and I learned a lot from them and actually installed in my kitchen and laundry room myself.If you are near a Home Depot,even if you don't want to do it yourself,I think it's your best place to ask.
