Dasha. After reaching Message Board. At the top click on Learning Centre . Then click on Learn the Dances. Select a style . Try Foxtrot. Then Feather Step by clicking on the camara at the end. Then underneath Media click the symble. The video strip will come up. If you haven't got Quicktime on your computor it can be loaded free. You will need Quicktime or the equivlent to show video strip. You can then see what sway looks like and everthing else you may need on any dance. Best wishes. Don
