Is the second quick in a Feather step a foot position only. That means we have CBMP as that step is taken but our weight is still on the LF. To clarify things the lady is in front of the man. But we are moving sideways. We have right side to right side. Even though we move sideways the front is still where the lady is. If we take a big step on the second quick we will turn away fom the front opening the left side out of our CBMP position . This then makes our contact between our bodies, mans right to ladies left. Now we are going to struggle to get our alignment and body position to where it should be on the Reverse. Thats if it ever gets back. We were shown a hold with the left arm, a practice hold to difficult to explain here, which I had never struck before, and it works and proves its self.
