Kelvin, in light of what you wrote to me last night in the studio, I found your post .
As you said, you love dancing, and have regular competitors .Although, I know I have a lot of problems to overcome , I had progess under your coaching. Thanks.
I thought , learning , competing, teaching, thingking and communicating bring out the best in each other.
Last night , in our waltz routine, It seemed to have some problem in natural 123 : I limited your maximum stride on 1 .

Let's look depth into it in the next lesson. I would be very appreciated, if you discuused it with your partner . Her view may help.
Vertical , and flat back is important. How to be well aware of it and maitain it in promenade position, such as closed pormenade in Tango?
How to avoid from even a little bit spine torsion or unstable pelvis ?
I thought ,1) more flexed knee rather than overlap thighs may get a flat pelvis in CBMP. 2) appropriated distribution of body weight in right time may be the solution. ( test it with half beat to half stride .)
correct me.
