Yichen. Today all choreography is phrased as near to eight bars as possible. An example is how the steps should not be performed.
Waltz Natural Spin Turn starting on the man's RF. 4 5 6 of a Reverse Turn. A Reverse Turn. Whisk. Syncopated Chasse which will have you starting again on the 8th bar of music. We need to start on the first bar of the new phrasing.
To be correct we would have to start at the beginning with a Change Step. If you were to repeat the whole group after the Chasse. You will get hopelesly out of phrase, because there is no way of putting a Change Step in after the Chasse.
So it should not be repeated. Hope this helps.
