Bachacara in Samba syllabus?

I was wondering if bachacara are allowed is IDSF Samba syllabus, the step is not listed on the USA Dance syllabus steps.
Or maybe it is not considered as a step but just styling...

Live for Dance. Bachacara's I always wondered how that name was spelt.They are now being done in the Cha as well as the Samba. My first interest in this step was after seeing "Burn the Floor". where the whole company performed this step with turn. I don't think it is in any Syllabus book. But as it has a name I would imagine its from the Brazilian style of Samba. The name might indicate where it came from.

I believe it was Julie Laird who introduced this rhythm to the competitors a number of years ago.
