twinkle steps

hi-i just started taking community classes in american waltz and the instructor goes so fast. can someone please tell me what the women's steps are for the twinkle? We learned something called a closed twinkle and an open twinkle. I can't seem to find a website that has these instructions. Thanks so much

Did you try the Learning Center on this site? They have descriptions of most of the bronze steps in most dances. Make sure you choose waltz under "Smooth." That's the category here for American style dances.
