I found this site via an internet search....
I have a small rural dance studio (ballet , tap, jazz students ages 3&up)in South Hill, Va. which is approximately one hour South of Richmond Va. and a tad over one hour North of Raleigh, N.C. (maybe an hour and a half ?)
We just bought the building we have been renting for the past 5 years and it is huge ...right now their is a fitness center renting from us downstairs..eventually, we want to have the whole entire building rocking and rolling with dance classes- but for now, we have the upstairs (hard wood flooring and lots of mirrors!)- We have two beautiful dance rooms and don't use it during the weekends...Our town wants ballroom very badly.
I am looking for someone who might be interested in renting my studio during the weekend for ballroom classes..maybe for 6 weeks at a time...??? Or anything!
Our town is begging for me to find someone...I get tons of calls and people ask me all of the time!

I am also looking for someone to teach hip hop (rated G LOL!) pilates, yoga, and possibly several other things..like i said..downstairs is a fitness center and if i had things in the morning that might really be good for the gym as well...
