Foxtrot and timing

Jonathan. The changes you mentioned in the Foxtrot. Are they brought about by the way music is being played. Have I got this right. to count "one. two And three And four And. The last And is coming into a Neutral Position on the Feather Step prior the the first of a Reverse. Whilst I have your attention. Do you class the third step of the Feather as a foot position only, with of course strong CBMP. I have copied your other posting and will pass them among my friends. Thanks Don
