hey i want to improve in dance everyday but i need to gain muscle and fat in my thighs , arms , and everywhere . please give me some tips and advice and excersises on what to do to gain muscle thanks

Anomymous. From your local gym or health store there are variouse types of protein powders that can be bought and used with sensible excercises.In a magazine like Muscle and Fitness in their adds should be all the information you need. The magazine a Joe Weider magazine, One of the powders is called Muscle Mass Builder.Available at all good gyms and Health Stores. Seek advice in case you finish as big as a house.

You shouldn't try to gain fat. You can build muscle with protein and working out/lifting weights.
