IVE BEEN TAKING DANCE MY ENTIRE LIFE AND IM 13 I FEEL AS THOUGH MY DANCE TEACHER WHO IVE KNOW FOREVER THINKS IM NOT GOOD OR I WILL GET BETTER I FEEL THAT SHE THINKS I COULD NEVER CARRY OUT A SOLO OR ANYTHING I NEED ADVICE IT SEEM THAT SHE HAS NEVER MOVED ME UP I THINK SHE DOSENT HAVE FAITH IN ME

If your teacher has acually told you this, then it is time to evaluate WHY. It might be time to find another coach, or make some choices about your dance experience.

Remember the child wailing in the movie "Mad Hot Ballroom" how she couldn't believe that they were eliminated in a round because 'they had done everything right'? Perhaps your coach sees accurately some problems in your dancing that you yourself have resisted understanding or acknowledging. If the teacjer hasn't 'moved you up' then whether it's your fault or the teacher's fault, there is a reason
