I've attempted several times (at the the website's prompt) to renew my account -- all without success -- I've received a message that my account is now cancelled -- attempts to open a new one via your website was also unsuccessful -- Help -- Anabelle

Actually, you weren't unsuccessful at renewing. One of your two user accounts is good through 2008. The problem is your other user account, which you did not renew.
