hi everyone, im new on this site, people think that im obsessed with ballroom dancing a little too much.im not too good at it but i want to get better and im trying out for my highschool team in a few weeks. anybody have any tips for me i could really use them because im way scared about the tryouts

Dancingqueen17. Something like this has been on before. The advice remains the same. None of us are capable of thinking two things at the same time. In quick succession yes , at the same time no. You must concentate on what you are doing and be oblivious to any outside distractions. Have one thought in mind. I am going to dance better than myself. Outside distractions. See nobody in the audience, not even your own mother. Look over their heads. If they are seated and you are looking at them, then you are looking downwards. Remember, you cannot think of two things at the same time so dont try to.
