I am a very enthusiastic dance student.

Please let me know the breakdown of the steps for the Natural Top variation.

Thank you.

I'm also very confused about this, and wonder how to link the Reverse Top and Natural Top. Someone please reply! Thanks,

The linking of them that I have learnt is that you start with Natural Top and do the first 2,3,cha-cha-cha. Then the girl puts right forward to continue but spins anti-clockwise on the right leg and comes back into the man's frame. Then you continue with the Natural Top like normal with 3,cha-cha-cha, 2,3,cha-cha-cha.

Hope this helps!

Maybe this will help you to keep on timing. The step is ONE-two-three-cha-cha-ONE-two-three-cha-cha. Make sure that you take a pause before you hit the ONE. It's called the Cha-cha, not the cha-cha-cha. The steps one cha-cha are small. Your feet shouldn't move that far apart. It's little, little, big. In waltz and any smooth dance you make the steps long to hold the beat. I hope this helps.
