Hello All, I am looking for a unique samba style song. My partner and I are putting together our first routine and would like something different. As opposed to the top 40 of samba song like Jazz Machine and Sergio Mendez...any thoughts would be very appreciated

thanks

Balimos and Rythym Devine by Enrique Iglesias are definitely unique Sambas. They are extremely romantic, which is different for Samba.

I hope you guys are aware that the Samba is one dance that must be in phrase. It is that critical that if you have a routine that is phrased corectly, and there is a part you dont like. If you take it out you must be prepared to add something with the same amount of beats you have just diced. Listen to the music. As for putting a group together yourself. seek some advice.
