I discovered ballroom dancing by accident. I was working out in the gym next to a dance studio and as I walked by the studio to get in my car I couldnt help but notice the people in the studio having what appeared to be a great time. Besides that the instructor was pretty good looking. I enrolled for a basic course and here I am 20 some years later.
It has changed my life because I met and married my "Wife for life".
My favorite dance is east coast swing. Before all of the above, I was stationed overseas.While in the club on the base I was a wall flower watching all the other guys and gals having a wonderful time swing dancing and it made me lonely and envious because I didnt know how. I vowed when I got home to learn to dance and here I am 20 plus years later and happily married and happily dancing.
