I am terrible describibg steps. But yes, there is a cross at the end of double reverse spin turn. After you do a heel turn, you finish the step with a cross with left foot front.

Yes , there is a crossing action that is implemented after completion of the heel turn . It is not really appropriate, to go into a complete breakdown in this format-- too many variables
The rhythm can be varied, dependant upon its usage .
Waltz and Q/ Step are essentially the same action .

Suggest you get with your teacher, and study the various options .

As written above: no complete description, but a hint: Do a heel turn starting RF bwd, and after closing add steps 5, 6 of a Viennese Waltz Reverse Turn.

Important is that step 3 (after closing the heel turn) is quite a wide step starting fwd to get well around the man who remains at one spot from this moment on.
Rhythms
Waltz: "1 2+ 3" or "1 2 3+"
Quickstep: "Slow Slow Quick Quick"
Slowfox: "Slow Quick And Quick"
