George--
Not sure if you can find this in Greece, but I have that tune on one of my ballroom dancing CDs. It is just called Ballroom Dancing Juke Box Hits. It is 4 CDs and has 60 songs on it with a slow fox trot version of Layla.
I can't be certain it is same version you are seeking, but in any case, this CD was available at places like Target, Wal-Mart, etc. in the states.
But it was made in Holland and was distributed by an outfit called United Audio Entertainment Ltd., a Kuys Liesure Company.
The CD pack in general is pretty decent. It gives you the BPM on each song, and breaks them down by dance -- so you get about 10 to 12 songs for each type of dance.
Hope this helps. You may be able to find it online somehow.

Many thanks for your tip. Here in Canada our Wal-Mart does not have ANY decent ballroom dance music. Already wasted my money a few times. Is this 4-CD set downloadable? Any other recommendations for ballroom music would be very appreciated. Once I watched a demonstration of tango to Beethoven's Ode to Joy. The dancing was good (American Youth champion) but there was no tango feeling. Any one can make a ballroom music CD. The (Canadian) Wal-Mart CDs I bought included a recording of a single electronic keyboard (and not well played at that). Also pieces taped from 50s analog radio (sounded like it anyway). If I read your posting earlier it would have saved me some grieve.

George and Yari Li. Why not use this site if you are after c d's. On your left at the opening page go to shopping, then music store. You wont find these disks in your normal cd shops. Good Luck.
