I'm fairly new to ballroom, and have a lot to learn! Does anyone know of any good books or DVDs that include things that explain Line of Dance, differences between American and International dances, and other simple important information?
Any other tips or advice anyone has is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

The Learning Center of this website is great. It has tons of information that you will find helpful in getting started. To be honest, even though I am in advanced lessons, refreshing myself by going through the Learning Center on this site is a great way to remember and concentrate on the fundamentals that really make a huge difference between doing something properly and just doing it because you think you know it.
I would venture to guess you'll find everything you need right here.

I too am a beginer. I go to a dance studio however I just lost my job and decided to start a web site for dance shoes.

If you find a good dvd of dance lessons please let me know since if I don't start selling shoes soon I will have to keep dancing via a dvd also.
