Recently, I have been receiving renewal notices from ballroomdancers.com, and every time I receive it, I renew my account, thinking that there must be a glitch in their system. It upset me the last couple of times they sent me notices warning that my account is expiring and still asking me to renew my account. So I replied saying that I have already renewed about four times already this year. I even went online to check my next expiration date which is 1/5/09 next year. No one at ballroomdancers.com seem to be listening because today I got an email from them telling me that my account with them has expired. Has anyone ever experienced this from them. I had never had this problem with them in the past. What's going on ballroomdancers.com? What happened to your IT? ANYONE PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS. --Glenn
