Dance Frame Trainer.

One of the classes I attend the princible has bought a Dance Frame Trainer. They certainly do the trick as far as posture is concerned. With it on its impossible not to get the shoulders, elbows and the arms in the correct position for dancing, and they stay there. At first I thought this is going to be uncomfortable but they are not in the slightest. It was strange. after I took it off to let somebody else have a go it was as if I was still wearing it.

I agree, dance frame trainer is a great help. I bought one for my husband. When we used it, it actually forced me to keep a great posture, as well. Now, it started a little uncomfortable for him, but not to bad. He just fusses about any change or difference, anyway! Worth the $125!

scottyboysdoll. There were twenty couples all competition dancers mostly of a very high grade. Only one person didn't like the Dance Frame, and he was the one who needed it most. I think he found that it was like putting a cork screw into a straight sleeve. Good luck with your dancing
