i am looking for a very sad, of touching rumba song. One that would fit cabaret for example.

i am a big fan of a song by the name of cancao do mar sung by dulce pontes. however it may be more powerful of a song instead of sad; but touching.

How about "The Story of My Life" sung by Michael Crawford, taken from Phantom of the Opera.

I think it is also on an album called "Michael Crawford With Love"

The story of my Life. Neil Diamond.
Chain .Tina Arena. Both I have seen being used in a competition.
Till you came into my Life sung by Colm Wilkinson from Jekyle and Hyde, danced many times by Paul Killick. Its a very slow one, but if you can act to the words being sung its terrific.It would be my choice for a show. Can be watched on youtube or Google Paul Killick then go to video second one down.

I like "Give in to me" by Michael Jackson. It's sort of mournful, sexy and dramatic all at the same time. Great for a showcase.

Latin dancer. " Till You Came Into My Life ". Sung by Colm Wilkinson from Jekyll and Hyde. Another is Shirley Bassey " The Greatest Performance of My Life " For a demo Google Paul Killick then vide clip. second one down.. Tempo very slow about 20 bars per minute. Ideal for a show.
