It would take 2/3 pages to put into writing all the descriptive terms.

May I suggest you find a teacher who will demo. them for you ?

Thanks. Actually I tried before, and I got different answers. I was confused.

Four step: count QQQQ, and closed LF to RF ( Lady's part) on last step./ Turn to close position on last step? or still keep outside partner position?

Five step: count QQS&S,not close on &, it's LF forward, then turn to pp on 2nd S?

Turnning Five step: Turnning ( 1/4? 3/8? ) before 1st step? almost same as Five step?

Four Step: Turn to PP on last step.
Five Step (also known as "Four Step With Extra-Slow"): as you wrote, but rhythm: QQQQS (your rhythm is from "Syncopated Five Step")
Turning Five Step: [complicated, see literature] but never turn before the 1st step except for bringing you into CBMP

Richard Gleave goes through the Five Step in the Tango on his Video. With the Tempo being recorded today 4/4 the Four Step is now obsolete, it would bring you out on the wrong beats for the Closed Promenade. which should be 3 4. 1 2. 3 4. . S Q Q S. Ready for a Reverse Movement on beats 1 2.

Serendipidy. Again your interpretation of 4/4-Tango is wrong. Even in 2/4 two "Slow"-steps were always one bar. So a Four Step is not more or less off phrase. Who says, we always had to dance every figure in sequence with the bars, not shifting to 3-4 at any time? By the way, even if you insist on that, what about this sequence:
Four Step (QQQQ) - Promenade Link (SQQ) - Open Rev. Turn, Lady outside with closed finish (QQS QQS) ?!!!

Serendipidy
Are you thinking of a Progressive Link?

German Teacher. I had to re write this one. Your routine will come out on the correct beat. But had you wanted to do a Closed Promanade after the Four Step you couldn't without going out of phrase unless you have found yourself a 2/4 Tango to dance to. What you could do after the Four Step is a head flick for two beats. This now gives you many options like a Twist Turn or whatever.
