Hi Olivia.

I'm an amateur ballroom dancer.

Well, if you don't have a partner yet, I suggest you should train yourself first. Because it's important to learn the basic before you can dance with somebody. It's harder to dance with a partner if your basic isn't right yet.

This is really only a last resort.

The usual case is that both partners are trained together, combining both individual skills work with using those skills together.

If there was anyone who should be trained in isolation before meeting a partner, it would be the male.

I have a 13 year old son here in Georgia. Too bad we are so far apart. We can't seem to find a girl his age here for him to dance with.
