Very interesting. On the front page of a recent Dance News ( for those who don't know this is a weekly UK paper )
In a competition report about Assen Hazel Fletcher reported that she believes a " Competition Association " is to be formed to protect the interests of dancers.
From a different source I heard this is to be a type of Trade Union for dancers. It could be exactly what is needed.
And so it goes on.
Yesterday in Melbourne Sunday . A judge who judged at Assen got to judge in Melbourne at the IDSF World Latin. Lets hope the IDSF show consistency and drop their ban on other adjuicators and competitors and allow them to dance or judge where ever they want to.
Unfortunately this was not the case for the Danish No. 2 who among others, were also banned from competing in the IDSF World Amateur Latin on Sunday in Melbourne Australia..
All of this information can be found being discussed on Dancesport UK.
