quickstep - OP or closed?

after doing a basic, sqqs, sqqs, and I want to do (lead) a natural turn sqq to right end Back LOD. do i step OP or in between her feet?

If by "basic" one assumes you are referring to the combination of Quarter Turn and Progressive Chasse, then the following step would be outside partner. A Progressive Chasse leaves you set up to take the first step of the following figure in outside partner position, no matter which figure you choose to follow with.
